This is a fully inclusive door to door service.
All clearance and delivery charges are prepaid in the UK.
Airfreight: To Arrival Airport
We collect the freight from your door and deliver to the airport.
On arrival at destination the consignee is responsible for collecting
the goods and paying any local handling and clearance charges
Excess Baggage Service: Gatwick Airport to Arrival Airport or Door
If you have received a cheaper quote elsewhere we will attempt to beat it.
In order to request a price match please proceed through the quotation and save it.
The system will then give you a quote reference number(HAWB) which you can email
to us along with a breakdown of charges and details of the agent.

General Customs clearance
We carry out clearance on many varied products which fall into
this category of service and this represents the majority of
our business. It is necessary for us to understand many differing
types of business in order to help our customers and this is
where we exceed. Customs clearance is simple yet at the same
time a service which takes years to understand and transform
it into a professional service. On average we handle around
1500 Customs entries on a monthly basis and account for in excess
of £2 million on a monthly basis in VAT and Duty payments
alone. Such extravagant figures demonstrate the level of accuracy
at which we operate on a daily basis with limited allowance
for error.
Containerized Ocean Freight
Upon booking we will arrange to collect the freight and once
the vessel has sailed will forward Bills of Lading plus overseas agent
details. We will also complete a customs Pre-Entry if required for a
fee of £10. We can arrange for the consignee to pay for both the goods and cost
of transportation if required.
Delivery
We will quote for clearance and delivery at destination on request.
Billing
All charges can be paid by the shipper or the consignee. Upon settlement we release the original Bills Of Lading/ Master Airway Bills or if required can arrange Express Release of the freight by our agents.
