What is Advance Baggage Service?
Since the tragic events of 9/11, the airline industry, and its customers, has endured a great deal of pain and inconvenience. Today, many people still dread going to the airport. I am trying to locate my baggage which I sent 2 weeks ago from Gatwick Airport to Peerth, Western Australia. I have sent emails to the address given and they bounce back. I have tried phoning Gatwick and Heathrow and the calls go unanswered. Can someone answwer me or have I been duped? I have tried info@advancebaggage.com and the lgw email. I have NOT been given a tracking number as I have had NO contact with Advance Baggage Service since I left Gatwick although my email and phone numbers were given. I am getting very frustrated as I need this baggage! Thanks Steve
